ITES, International Test & Engineering Services Co., Ltd. was found in 1993 as the Quality Assurance service company in IBM's Yasu manufacturing site.
Based on the state-of-the-art technical expertise developed through IBM operations in failure analysis and reliability assurance for electrical components, ITES has been providing global customers with engineering services and manufacturing equipment for semiconductors, displays, OLED, Solar cell, and electrical components.
